I made a commitment to myself : live full out. I leaned in, and Renaissance Black Girl was born. And it’s for all of us. It is all of us. It’s a living, breathing embodiment of the complexity of every Black girl. A place where we believe in a soft life, but we also know that these bills ain’t gon’ pay themselves. So, we make it work—traveling, loving, raising babies, and living in abundance... without losing our damn minds. This is for the creative, the mama, the traveler, the lover; the ones who refuse to shrink. There, I’ll put the battery in your back, deliver my best travel tips, and remind you that your best life isn’t in the future—it’s happening right now. It’s my personal diary, a photo album, recipe book, and accountability partner. It, like me, is ever changing. A myriad of intricate emotions, thoughts, perspectives and interests. A multifaceted space allows me to pour out all parts of me, boldly. It’s home. The place I go to ring out all of my masterful self. Flaws & All.
